Uwe Eckert and his wife Gudrun actively demonstrate their belief in JESUS CHRIST through the project “JESUS food and clothes for You” (“JFC”). They want to open up a modern store that exemplifies the love of JESUS. It will offer free food, clothing, and opportunity for prayer. It is directed towards people who are marginalised in society, but is also designed for Christians, encouraging them to get involved in the stores and live out the principle of loving their neighbour by giving a helping hand. The goal is to reach people with GOD'S love, so that they are reborn in the spirit of GOD and grow into Christians themselves.
The first “JFC Store” in the city centre of his home town of Kulmbach will act as a pilot project. But Uwe Eckert is a visionary – he’s thinking big: He is offering the stores as a professional franchise system, to offer people access to practical and spiritual support across Germany. The stores are not financed by church or social agencies, but instead allow business owners and private investors to actively live out their belief in JESUS CHRIST and help improve the well-being of others.
